Course Description
This course has been designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge in designing and visualising your films or the videos you use for your business.
Over the next three weeks, we will cover everything from building your world to choosing the right shots to support your story. Each lesson will be available online. And we will have hands-on activities, assignments and discussions throughout the course to help you apply what you’ve learned.

By the end of this course, you will have the skills and knowledge to create visually compelling videos and films that effectively communicate your message to your audience.
Who will this most interest?
This course is a beginner level course and will help establish a sound foundation of knowledge and skills in which can grow with experience and further study.
This would be of most interest to those who have just started making and or using films or videos in their business. But don’t currently have a strong skillset and foundation in the aspects of story and designing concepts. In some instances they may just have a strong interest in learning to visualise their films and videos.
On that note, you may be currently or aspiring to be:
- Business owner/entrepreneur
- Video/filmmaker

- Marketing professional
Duration
3 weeks part time – Approximately 45 hours to complete the course, which has 3 key modules made up of 13 lessons.

Upon completion of your course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Statement of Attainment for each module completed.
Entry Requirements
There are no prerequisites to complete this course. However, you must be able to read, analyse and comprehend information in English, and to write statements and solve problems to complete the course. You must also have reliable access to a computer and a reliable internet connection and have basic computer skills.
